The hotel was located close enough to public transport to easily get into the city. Tram No 7 could take you to the medieval part of town in about 10-15 minutes. the breakfast was said to be delicious and there were fresh fruits, eggs made to order, and a selection of cold-cuts. Lastly, some of the rooms had a beautiful view of the garden out back, which other guests found lovely.
There was an issue with the reservation system for some guests which led to confusion in payment.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with easy transportation to this city's medieval center within minutes on the tram No 7. The staff was cute, and the homemade breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit salad and honey yogurt. The rooms were well-appointed and clean, and this hotel's facilities were charming and unique.
Nothing for me - I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Very friendly & helpful proprietor. Excellent, although rather expensive, Michelin rated restaurant Minerva run by his son just down the road. We were also upgraded in the hotel.

This is a very charming classic hotel, with a comfortable Old World ambiance. It is not for those looking for a hip neighborhood or a big tourist scene--the neighborhood is a very quiet retreat after a busy day in the city center, an easy tram ride away.

Great service and delicious breakfast During our city trip, we stayed at a small hotel with excellent service. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was delicious and served fresh. We were able to choose from a variety of options, including fresh fruits, yogurt, and eggs. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
Outdated rooms and decor Although the hotel had its charms, the rooms and decor were outdated. the vintage furniture was nice to look at, but some pieces were a bit worn.

Stunning art-deco building and interior. A small family-owned hotel with impeccable service from the management and staff. Exceptional breakfast served at the table - albeit at extra cost. Very pleasant ambience.

Absolutely. We asked if breakfast was included with the room. The answer was yes. When we checked out we were billed 64 euro's for breakfast for two for two days for a slice of ham, bread and coffee. I argued with the owner but he refused to budge on anything. I was furious but was forced to pay.
